⚠️ Damaged or Defective Product Policy

We take utmost care in packaging and dispatching orders. However, in rare cases, if you receive a damaged or defective product, you may raise a claim under the following conditions:

✅ Mandatory Requirements

To be eligible for a damage claim:

• You must provide a complete unboxing/opening video.

• The video must clearly show:

  • The unopened package

  • The process of opening the package

  • The condition of the product inside

• The video must be shared with us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

❗ Important Note

• Without an unboxing video, no damage or defect claims will be accepted.

• Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be considered.

• If the claim is approved after verification, we will provide an appropriate resolution as per our internal policy.
